Dee Russell, LCSWLICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
Dee graduated from the Michigan State University School of Social Sciences and then the Indiana University Purdue University School of Social Work in 2006. Dee has been practicing as a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical addictions counselor in multiple settings, including a critical access hospital, behavioral health hospital, and private practice settings. Dee has work experience in long-term care facilities, schools, jails, corrections, and child services.
Dee enjoys empowering clients to be the best version of themselves by using a client-centered systems approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Dee is passionate about partnering with individuals, couples, and families to achieve healing from a trauma-informed care approach with various issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, impulsivity, and co-occurring disorders. |
