Lane Sander, MA, MDiv, LMHCDIRECTOR AND LEAD COUNSELOR
Lane is the director and founder of Renovate Counseling Services (founded in 2016) and is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana. He completed his graduate training through Grace College and Theological Seminary and holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Lane has multiple years of experience working with clients in a variety of settings ranging from private practice to college counseling centers.
Lane approaches therapy from a person-centered lens and firmly believes that a strong emphasis on the therapist-client relationship is the start of the process towards healing and wholeness. He also incorporates Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into his approach to counseling as well. Lane enjoys being able to walk with his clients on their journey towards achieving their goals related to their mental health and overall wellbeing. |

Taylor Fulk, BaCOUNSELOR
Taylor holds a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University in Human Services. She will be graduating in the summer of 2024 from Huntington University with a Master's degree in Licensed Mental Health Counseling. Taylor lives with her husband Ben and daughter Addison. They have 3 special needs cats and a dog. Taylor finds pride in working alongside individuals who struggle with anxiety and negative self-esteem. She enjoys being able to watch their confidence grow and become the best version of themselves. Additionally, she has a passion for those that have suffered trauma, domestic violence, and substance use disorder. She uses a person-centered perspective, motivational interviewing, and CBT. She focuses on a whole mind/body experience and loves the ability to integrate client's spirituality into their healing journeys. In her spare time she enjoys relaxing in the pool, being with family, and taking trips to Lake Erie to enjoy her sailboat. One of her favorite quotes is "In life we can't always predict the storms, but we can always adjust our sails."

Andy Rodgers, MSSOCIAL WORKER
Andy has a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and his master's degree in Social Work at Indiana Wesleyan University. He is currently working towards his LCSW in Indiana. Andy enjoys assisting individuals in finding who they are as a person, understanding personal strengths and goals while developing coping skills along the way. Andy is drawn to work with children, adolescents, and families. He has a passion for incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy while implementing Spiritual growth as needed.
He enjoys any time outdoors with his family in his free time, including hunting, fishing, and attending his children’s sporting events. Andy lives with his wife and their 2 children (15 and 13) and attends church locally. Andy has a passion for combatting human trafficking and working through trauma that has been endured through hardships. He has experience working with children, adults, groups, and those in the legal system. He hopes for individuals to make the best out of their lives, and for them to know that they were made for greatness. |
Janna Imes, MA, LMHCALICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR ASSOCIATE
Janna graduated from Columbia International University (SC) with her bachelor of science in Psychology and Healthcare Administration and received her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in August 2022 from Indiana Wesleyan University. Janna is licensed in the state of Indiana as a Mental Health Counselor Associate.
Janna has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Her counseling has been in a variety of settings including community based clinics, universities, and home-based therapeutic services. Janna provides therapy from a variety of treatment modalities, always collaborating with the client to find what best suits the individual and their needs. Janna’s clients describe her as compassionate and patient while building a strong therapeutic relationship founded in trust. Janna is the kind of therapist that will walk alongside you in your journey to health and healing. |
Michelle Korporal, MSW, LCSW, CADACIILICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Consultant – Level II in the state of Indiana. Michelle completed her Bachelor of Social Work at Indiana State University and her Master of Social Work at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2018.
Prior to joining Renovate Counseling, Michelle has worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults. She has worked in community mental health, home-based case management, and medical settings. Michelle is trained in Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and utilizes different treatment modalities that include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Education, and Client-Centered approaches. |
Brittany Renkenberger, MS, LSWLICENSED SOCIAL WORKER
Brittany lives in Huntington with her husband and their four children. Brittany graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and from the University of Alabama with a Master’s in Social Work. She is also a Licensed Social Worker in Indiana and Alabama.
During her career, Brittany has served clients through her roles in child welfare, outpatient and residential recovery programs, medical settings, and crisis housing services. She has extensive training and experience counseling persons with Substance Use Disorder, women and families in crisis, and incorporating trauma-informed care into her practice. Brittany utilizes different treatment modalities that include: cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, client-centered approaches, psychoeducation, and faith integration. |
Danielle Zackey, MSCOUNSELOR
Danielle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Purdue Fort Wayne and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College. Danielle is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana.
Danielle has had experience working with addictions at a non-profit transitional home for women. She has experience working with youth and adolescents through ministries and volunteer work. Danielle likes to incorporate Strength-Based, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered in her approach to therapy. She believes that collaboration and the therapeutic relationship help her clients identify goals and potential solutions related to their mental health and well-being. |

Bethany Carpenter, BaINTERN
Bethany has a bachelor's degree in counseling and a minor in sports psychology from Grace College in 2022. She will graduate from Grace with a master's in clinical mental health counseling in the spring of 2025. After graduation, Bethany plans to work towards her LMHC license. She has a passion for working with various populations and aims to collaborate with clients on their individual needs and goals. Bethany's goal is to create an open and safe environment for clients, helping to meet them where they are at in their journey. She has a strong focus on the client-therapist relationship and operates from a person-centered view while incorporating individual psychology and cognitive behavioral approaches.

Abby is originally from Warsaw, and growing up she lived in Winona Lake, Columbia City, and Huntington. From a young age she had it on her heart to contribute to the lives of others and to advocate for the marginalized. Abby has intensive experience working with children and teaching students with disabilities. She has a passion for animals, music & dance.
In her free time Abby enjoys writing, reading, and a gratitude yoga practice. Abby lives in Huntington with her husband and their three children. As a family they enjoy playing with their guinea pig babies and actively serving their church. |
Kaitlyn LaurenceCARE COORDINATOR
Kaitlyn grew up in Wells County and graduated from Norwell High School. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from IUPUI. She has a lot of experience working with the elderly, those of all ages with disabilities, and with mental health. It has always been in her heart to love and help others. She truly enjoys making people feel special and celebrated. Kaitlyn believes that music and laughter is good for the soul and that grace and kindness will always go a long way.
Kaitlyn and her husband have two kids and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She loves crafts, movies, music, a good bonfire, and being at the ocean. |
