Jon Leyse, MA, LMHC

DECATUR OFFICE SITE SUPERVISOR & LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR

Video Bio
Jon is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Taylor University and his Master’s degree in Counseling from Huntington University. He has been investing in people for over 30 years as a pastor, missionary, chaplain, and counselor. Jon sees clients in the Decatur office.

Jon specializes in working with teenagers, those struggling with sexual addiction or OCD, and individuals in vocational ministry. Clients consistently say Jon creates a calm, non-judgmental space where they finally feel safe enough to relax and be honest. He offers evidence-based therapy with the option to weave in spiritual direction and Christian faith for those who desire it.

Darika Dawson, MA

THERAPIST

Darika earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana Tech and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, anger, and other behavioral concerns. Darika takes a person-centered approach, meeting clients where they are and supporting them in achieving their therapeutic goals.

She is especially passionate about working with young adults, helping them navigate transitions into college or the workforce. Darika also enjoys working with children and teenagers, creating a safe and supportive space where they can express and process the emotions that come with growth and development. She strives to walk alongside her clients as they navigate life’s challenges, equipping them with the tools and skills needed for long-term success.

In her free time, Darika enjoys staying active—whether at the gym or outdoors—and spending time with family and friends. She values the importance of self-care, both personally and professionally, and incorporates it into her daily life, often by relaxing with a good book.

HEIDI KRAUSE, MA, LCSW

LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

Heidi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated with her Bachelor degree in Human Services at Grace Bible College, and completed the Master of Social Work program through Indiana University Direct in December, 2022. Throughout her years as a therapist, Heidi has experience in both group and individual work -- primarily centered around substance use, trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety; but enjoys working with a variety of clinical presentations. In her work, Heidi utilizes a person-centered approach with a preference towards Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Heidi is also trained in EMDR.

In this journey of life we find people we can laugh with, cry with, and heal with -- Heidi hopes to provide space for all three in a calming environment as we process, the good and bad, experiences. A place to gain confidence, direction, and growth as you gain agency over your own mental wellbeing.

Heidi has lived in Adams County for most of her life and is passionate about making this small corner of the world a better place. On her days off you will find Heidi with her family, a book, and her two dogs.

Alicia Siler, MA, MS, LMHC, LPCc, LICDC

LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR

Alicia has worked within the fields of clinical mental health, addictions, and recovery through administrative work since 2008 and continues integrating her background through clinical practice since 2021 utilizing the Integrated Model for dual diagnosis treatment via Trauma-Informed Care and strength-based services. As a National Certified Counselor, she holds dual-state licensure in Indiana and Ohio and is an EMDR-trained Therapist.

Alicia actively engages in Advocacy for the profession and her clients through membership in state and national Counseling Associations to ensure quality service to individuals, families, and to the community as a whole.  Alicia enjoys inspiring hope, healing, and improvements in the quality of life for those she serves. She enjoys writing, interior decorating, and spending time with her family.

Brier Stucky, MA, LMHC

LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR

Video Bio
Brier completed his Bachelor of Science degree in History from Ball State University and completed his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Huntington University in 2022. He has experience working with children, teens, and adults struggling with issues related to depression, anxiety, substance use, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. Brier incorporates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy into his practice and strives to work with his clients collaboratively to help them set and achieve their goals in therapy. Brier also has experience working with couples and utilizes Gottman Method Couples Therapy techniques to help couples improve their communication and rebuild their connection.

Brier has lived in the Bluffton area for his entire life and is passionate about reducing stigma around mental health conditions in the community. In his free time, Brier enjoys spending time with his family, reading, traveling, and cooking.

Danielle Dathe, MA

INTERN​

Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana Tech. She is currently pursuing her master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Huntington University and is set to graduate in December 2026. After graduation, she plans to work towards her LMHC license. Danielle has been working in the mental health field for approximately 6 years and has experience with teens, adults, and families who struggle with mood disorders, addictions, and trauma.

Danielle strives to create a safe place for clients to receive support in their journey to mental well-being. She will apply her training in therapeutic techniques, counseling skills, and crisis intervention to help clients achieve their goals.

When she is not working with clients or on her own professional development, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, coaching sports, gardening, crafting, and cooking.

Alanna Drennen, Ba

INTERN​

Alanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University Global, graduating in 2024. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy and is set to graduate in December 2025. After graduation, Alanna plans to work towards her LMFT license.

Alanna is gaining valuable hands-on experience under the supervision of licensed professionals. She will work closely with clients to support their emotional well-being and foster healthier relationships. With a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges, Alanna will apply her training in therapeutic techniques, communication strategies, and conflict resolution to assist clients in achieving their personal goals. Alanna is committed to cultivating an empathetic, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe space.

In addition to her academic background, Alanna is dedicated to continuous learning and professional development, with a deep interest in the areas of trauma, grief, and loss. Outside of therapy, Alanna enjoys spending time with God and her family, volunteering, traveling, and seeking out new experiences that help her grow both personally and professionally.

Isabella Stutzman

CARE COORDINATOR​

Isabella has lived her whole life in Wells County and graduated from Norwell High School. After high school, she briefly joined the missions organization Youth With A Mission to receive ministry training before coming back to Bluffton to work in music and children’s ministry. She has over five years of experience leading worship and ministering to children and families.

Isabella finds joy in caring for and encouraging those she encounters. She likes to spend her free time hanging out with friends, writing songs, and reading.

Emily is from Wells County and she graduated from Norwell High School. Emily has studied at Indiana Wesleyan University and Indiana University Fort Wayne. She is currently pursuing a degree in social work with a minor in psychology. She loves working with people and building deep relationships and connections with those around her.

Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching movies, and working out.
