Lane Sander, MA, MDiv, LMHCDIRECTOR AND LEAD COUNSELOR
Lane is the director and founder of Renovate Counseling Services (founded in 2016) and is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana. He completed his graduate training through Grace College and Theological Seminary and holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Lane has multiple years of experience working with clients in a variety of settings ranging from private practice to college counseling centers.
Lane approaches therapy from a person-centered lens and firmly believes that a strong emphasis on the therapist-client relationship is the start of the process towards healing and wholeness. He also incorporates Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into his approach to counseling as well. Lane enjoys being able to walk with his clients on their journey towards achieving their goals related to their mental health and overall wellbeing. |
Jon Leyse, MA, LMHCDECATUR OFFICE SITE SUPERVISOR & LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
Jon is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Taylor University and his Master’s degree in Counseling from Huntington University. He has been investing in people for over 30 years as a pastor, missionary, chaplain, and counselor. Jon sees clients currently in the Bluffton office, and will be launching the Renovate office in Decatur in spring 2024, as the site supervisor there.
Jon has experience working with couples, teenagers, men struggling with sexual addiction, and those serving in vocational ministry. His clients say he has a gift of helping them relax and open up. Jon is passionate about integrating all aspects of life (mental, physical, relational, and spiritual) in helping others reach their full potential. |

Laura received her degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. She approaches therapy from a collaborative perspective and uses cognitive behavioral, narrative, and solution-focused approaches to address the complexities of each individual's relationships.
Laura has worked with individual adults who have challenges with mood disorders, relational stress, work issues, and addictions, to support their freedom to make choices and alleviate suffering. |
Alicia Siler-Wallace, MA, MS, LMHCA, LPC, LICDCLICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR ASSOCIATE
Alicia has worked within the fields of clinical mental health, addictions, and recovery through administrative work since 2008 and continues integrating her background through clinical practice since 2021 utilizing the Integrated Model for dual diagnosis treatment via Trauma-Informed Care and strength-based services. As a National Certified Counselor, she holds dual-state licensure in Indiana and Ohio and is an EMDR-trained Therapist.
Alicia actively engages in Advocacy for the profession and her clients through membership in state and national Counseling Associations to ensure quality service to individuals, families, and to the community as a whole. Alicia enjoys inspiring hope, healing, and improvements in the quality of life for those she serves. She enjoys writing, interior decorating, and spending time with her family. |
Brier Stucky, MA, LMHCALICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR ASSOCIATE
Brier completed his Bachelor of Science degree in History from Ball State University and completed his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Huntington University in 2022. He has experience working with children, teens, and adults struggling with issues related to depression, anxiety, substance use, gender identity issues, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. Brier incorporates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy into his practice and strives to work with his clients collaboratively to help them set and achieve their goals in therapy.
Brier has lived in the Bluffton area for his entire life and is passionate about reducing stigma around mental health conditions in the community. In his free time, Brier enjoys spending time with his wife, reading, traveling, and cooking. |
MADDIE Teeter, MA, LMHCALICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR ASSOCIATE
Maddie graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University, receiving both her bachelor of science in Psychology (in December 2020) and master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (in December 2022).
Maddie has experience working with a wide variety of clients, including children, teens, middle-aged adults, and older adults. Maddie is passionate about providing therapy from a person-centered outlook by utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and internal family systems. It is Maddie's goal as a therapist to create a safe environment for all of her clients. Maddie wants to meet her clients where they are at in their journey and come alongside each one as they grow and heal. |
