Lane Sander, MA, MDiv, LMHCDIRECTOR AND LEAD COUNSELOR
Lane is the director and founder of Renovate Counseling Services (founded in 2016) and is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana. He completed his graduate training through Grace College and Theological Seminary and holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Lane has multiple years of experience working with clients in a variety of settings ranging from private practice to college counseling centers.
Lane approaches therapy from a person-centered lens and firmly believes that a strong emphasis on the therapist-client relationship is the start of the process towards healing and wholeness. He also incorporates Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into his approach to counseling as well. Lane enjoys being able to walk with his clients on their journey towards achieving their goals related to their mental health and overall wellbeing. |
Bonnie Spallinger, MA, LMHCSHELBYVILLE OFFICE SITE SUPERVISOR
Bonnie Spallinger is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana. She completed her graduate program from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia in 2015. Bonnie has served with a community health provider for four and a half years and has experience working with families, women, men, adolescents, and children. Her expertise is working with adolescents and emerging adults struggling with trauma, decision making, life issues, and behavioral issues. She enjoys assisting parents in finding helpful methods to parent their children. Bonnie has experience in community health, college counseling centers, hospitals, and church settings.
Bonnie approaches therapy using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) as the main methods to help produce positive outcomes. In the past, Bonnie has been an elementary and middle school teacher, has lived and worked at an international boarding school and co-parenting high school girls, served as a Resident Director at a small Christian college and has served as the Assistant Program Director at a Christian Camp for children between the ages of 7-18. Bonnie can assist individuals and families with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, parenting issues, ADHD, self-harm, suicidal ideation, grief, substance use, and adjustment disorders. Bonnie strives to work with families and individuals in a collaborative way so they can achieve their goals. |
